The terms that apply when you buy a print from American Military Posters.

These terms apply when you buy from americanmilitaryposters.com (“American Military Posters”, “we”, “us”). American Military Posters is an online store operated from Queensland, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping & Returns policy and our Privacy Policy.
What we sell
We sell modern reproductions of historic American military and wartime posters, as paper prints and framed prints. They are not original historical posters. Each product page names the original artwork, its date and, where known, its artist and source record, and describes the restoration work.
We restore each image with care, but screens vary, so the colours of your print may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
Who can order
We currently accept orders only with a billing and delivery address in the United States.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include free Standard shipping to US addresses. Express shipping costs extra and is shown before you pay. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. Payment is taken by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link through our payment provider, Stripe, when you place your order. We never see or store your full card number.
If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before your order is made and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order
After you order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Every order is checked before it goes into production. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, the payment looks fraudulent, or the address cannot be delivered to.
Production and delivery
Every print is made to order for you by our print partner in the United States and shipped to the address you give us. Delivery times are estimates. See Shipping & Returns for delivery times, Express prices and lost-parcel help.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can change or cancel any order that has not yet gone into production, with a full refund for cancellations. Orders usually go into production within 24 hours. Once an order is in production it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Every print is custom-made to order, so all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, has a production fault, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking, with photos, and we will send a free replacement, or refund the price paid for the item if a replacement is not possible. Full details, including lost parcels and refunds, are in our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Images and copyright
The underlying historic artworks we reproduce are, as far as we can establish, in the public domain in the United States; our research for each poster is shown on its product or history page. Our restored images, product photographs, page designs and written content are our own work. You may enjoy and display the prints you buy, but you may not copy our images or text to make and sell your own reproductions.

American Military Posters is an independent business. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Government or any branch of the United States Armed Forces. Insignia and service names appear because they form part of the historic artwork.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect losses. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live.
