Customer information
Cookie policy.
The few cookies we use to run the cart, checkout and payment security.
Last updated: 27 September 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We keep them to a minimum: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose |
|---|---|
| woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_* | Remember what is in your cart and keep your checkout working. |
| sbjs_* (WooCommerce order attribution) | Record how you arrived at the site (for example, a search or a link) with your order, so we know which pages help customers find us. Stored only in your browser and with your order. |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Set by Stripe, our payment provider, on pages where you can pay, to help prevent card fraud. |
| wordpress_*, wp-settings-*, wordpress_test_cookie | Used only if you log in to the site. |
The site may also store small display preferences in your browser’s local storage. These never leave your device.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cart and checkout cookies, you will not be able to place an order.
